We recently completed an addition for homeowners in Ramsey, New Jersey. They needed to accommodate a growing family, and so they were looking into home extension options. With Loughlin & Son Construction’s help, the residence went from a four bedroom, three bathroom home to a five bedroom, four bathroom one — including the addition of a beautiful new master bedroom that overlooks the property’s backyard.

The Result

After an efficient and hassle-free construction period, we took the house from a 1,500 square foot abode to a much larger 2,500 square foot house, upping the size by 67%. That additional 1,000 square feet gives the home an entire extra bathroom — to accommodate guests and a growing family — plus a new, spacious master bedroom to open up the house and provide its owners with their own private quarters.
