A New Home Better Suited to the Homeowners

This project started by knocking down the original house on the lot and digging out a new foundation for this sprawling, 2,200 square foot home. Some highlights of the job include creating an all-new and move-in ready kitchen, sleek bathroom, and spacious deck for hosting. 

The homeowners hired an architect to design the home and Loughlin & Son Construction oversaw the construction. As the photos and finished home show, this was a warm collaboration that yielded top-knotch results.

A Fresh Facade

The client chose their own materials for their desired look. The exterior featured double four vinyl siding in an ocean blue hue, and the roofing boasts 30 year architectural shingles. Additionally, six-inch commercial style gutters with 3X4 liters were also put in for both aesthetic and practical purposes.

This Home is Beautiful Inside and Out

The open concept first-floor makes the home feel bright and airy. And the center of the space is the kitchen, which was designed by Five Star Kitchen Design – who lives up to their name. The cooking and dining area has handsome Fabuwood cabinets, quartz countertops, and six-inch wide engineered hardwood pre-finished flooring that spans not only the kitchen but the whole house to create a cohesive style. 

The neutral bathroom is tranquil and welcoming. The coordinating tiles and vanity, glass shower doors, and transom window breathe light and air into the room making it the perfect calming start to your day or escape from the day’s stressors.

Ample Room for Hosting Outdoors

The property’s new deck adds tons of recreation space and value to the already-exquisite home. Clocking in at 1,200 square feet, the massive deck features Trex Transcend composite decking and Trex railings for a homey, inviting look. The large space has plenty of area for eating al fresco, hosting guests, and enjoying yourself in the good weather.
