First, our team prepared the foundation. This included performing a full excavation and pouring footings before the concrete could be set. 

Framing and Subfloor

Once the foundation was in place, setting the support system for the weight of the new space, our team began the framing process. We installed floor joists to provide structural support, followed by the subfloor. Adding this layer helped to ensure a level surface for the finished flooring and stabilize the addition.

Bringing It All Together

With the subfloor complete, our team was able to build out the walls, roof, and exterior finishes, enabling the new addition to blend seamlessly with the rest of the home.

The island features a durable quartz countertop that provides ample space for food preparation and casual dining. Built-in storage, including deep drawers for pots and pans, was added to keep kitchen essentials within reach.

• Walk-In Pantry: To enhance storage and organization, we built a custom pantry with adjustable shelving, pull-out drawers, and built-in spice racks.
