Siding Installation

We removed the old siding and installed a fresh, new look. The homeowner chose a deep navy blue lap siding; a bold, confident color that transformed the entire look of the property. Crisp white trim runs throughout, framing every window and roofline. The detached garage was sided as well, tying the two structures together without making them identical.

The difference from the previous yellow siding is dramatic – this house looks like a completely different home.

New Windows and Gutters

New Andersen windows were installed throughout with the same white trim detail, keeping everything consistent from the siding to the window frames. Beyond the look, new windows mean better insulation, better efficiency, and less drafts.

We also installed seamless white gutters and downspouts along the full perimeter of both the house and the garage, to match the fresh look and handle whatever the weather brings.

Spray Foam Insulation

While the exterior was open, spray foam insulation went in. This is an upgrade you don’t see but you feel every single day. Spray foam means better temperature control, lower energy bills, and a home that’s more efficient from the inside out.
