Bathroom Renovations in Rockland County

A bathroom renovation is one of those projects that can truly change how a home feels. It’s a chance to take a space you use every day and make it more comfortable, more functional, and more reflective of your style.
We’ve worked on countless bathroom renovations across Bergen and Rockland Counties, each one with its own personality and purpose. One of our recent favorites was a project in Pearl River, where we renovated four bathrooms – each designed to feel fresh, cohesive, and ready for everyday living.
4 Bathrooms, 4 Distinct Looks
When a home is lucky to have four bathrooms, getting to renovate each one while making them all have their own look makes for an exciting project. We recently gave three full baths and one half new life while working with the clients to keep the renovation consistent with the rest of the house – elsewhere, our team also handled their new addition with a kitchen and deck.
See how this multi-bathroom renovation took shape to create a crisp and clean layout throughout the house.
Down to the Studs for a Fresh Start
These bathroom renovations were more involved because they required complete demolition. In the existing full baths, nothing was reconfigured – the layout of the sink, toilet, and shower all remained the same. However, in the main floor bathroom, a shower was added to give the house one more full bathroom, increasing comfort for guests and the value of the property.
Downstairs, in the basement, the half bath was also updated. Loughlin & Son fixed the plumbing and updated the bathroom so it seamlessly blends with the rest of the house and, even though it’s in the basement, it makes for a fresh powder room. Our team handled it all from installing new plumbing to framing, tiling, backsplash, and more.
Bathroom Renovation 1
In this first bathroom, the subway tile wall gives a clean look, and the light around the perimeter of the sink mirror evokes a more contemporary vibe. Then, against that white, the warm tones of the wooden cabinet beneath the sink help the bathroom pop, and then below that are hexagonal tiles. Those just off-white tiles, with grey borders and fun stars for accents, give the bathroom some personality.

Bathroom Renovation 2
In the master bathroom, rectangles are the focus shape of the shower bench, the sink mirror, and the tiles on the shower wall. The V-shaped, herringbone floor adds visual interest, and the dark cabinetry warms up the space. As in every other bathroom, the shower was designed with custom glass.

Bathroom Renovation 3
This bathroom exudes modern luxury from every angle. Marble-look tile adds timeless elegance, creating a soft, polished backdrop for the expansive walk-in shower complete with a built-in bench for everyday comfort. A warm-toned vanity grounds the space, bringing in a touch of natural texture and balance. Together, the finishes create a space that feels refined yet inviting – the kind of bathroom you look forward to starting and ending your day in.
Dream Big for Your Bathroom Renovations
This is your bathroom renovation, so you should make it how you want it to be, and if you have multiple to update, why not play with different looks? Sometimes it is the distinct styles that all go together to create an aesthetic balance. Texture, shape, and color are all ways you can play around to create something not only long lasting but fun and memorable. So, make a plan, have fun, and don’t be afraid to dream big.
